Cash

 

  • Payment is due at the end of our job in the form of a cash payment unless otherwise agreed with Bright and Spotless Cleaning Services. We reserve the right to cancel services without notice due to unpaid invoices.
  • Don’t forget to ask for your receipt and leave your comments on our copy, which will help us to improve our service.

Cancellation

 

 

  • Clients will be charged the full price of cleanings services for cancelling or rescheduling a visit with less than 24 hour notice. The same fee applies if the Cleaner is unable to gain access to the Client’s home, through no fault of the Company.
  • If the Client needs to change a cleaning day or time the Company will do its best to accommodate him/her. A minimum 24 notice is required. Please note that the Company cannot guarantee that there will be availability on the new day and at the time the Client requires. Any changes in the cleaning schedule are subject to availability.

 


Liability

 

  • While the Company and the Cleaner make every effort not to break items, accidents do happen. Replacement is always attempted but not guaranteed and will be capped at max 500 AED per Client.
  • The Company requests all irreplaceable items (whether monetarily or sentimentally valuable) be stored away and /or not cleaned by the Cleaner.
  • The Company shall not be responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item. All surfaces (i.e., marble, granite, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.

 


 

Complaints

 

  • All complaints must be received in writing by letter or email.
  • If the Client is unpleased with a currently occurring service, the Company asks that the Client notifies it as soon as he notices anything that might be to his dislike by calling

  • Your feedback is important to us. Bright and Spotless Cleaning Services would appreciate your comments, which will help us to improve our services.

 


 

Safety Policy

 

  • The Cleaner reserves the right to leave the Client’s property in cases whereby personal safety is at risk.
  • The Company advises that our Cleaners will not clean up blood or vomit from your premises.

 


 

General

 

  • The company will inspect their cleaning attendant to keep the quality services and client will not be informed by company regarding inspection.
  • The Client’s instructions will be printed and given to the Cleaner on the days of her visits to your home. Please call/email at any time with your suggestions and your personal requirements.
  • Some of our clients keep their keys with us. Some others leave them at the reception, or under the mat. We are extremely careful in how we handle your keys, but we cannot assume liability for any losses.
